Although started by Dorothy J. Garnett in June 2013, Turning Lives Around, LLC is a counseling agency that opened with over 25 years of clinical therapy experience.  This is an agency that stands true to its name and aims to help you turn your life around. Although times and situations may be difficult, the proof that you can make it lies in the fact that you’re still here.  Now is not the time to quit or give up; Turning Lives Around, LLC is here to help you move forward one step at a time.

Turning Lives Around, LLC accepts and bills most insurances.  Although we will contact your insurance company to find out exactly what your policy covers pertaining to your visit with us, we strongly urge you to contact them as well to receive a clear understanding of your policy.  Please note that your copay is a part of your insurance policy.  In order to properly comply with your policy, your copay is due and payable at each visit.  Credit cards, checks and cash are accepted.
